Fran Lewis will review Joseph Gillan's book JUST BEFORE THE DAWN. Joe Gillan is a native of Amsterdam, NY, holds a B.A. degree in English literature from Ithaca (NY) College, and spent most of his business career working for a large corporation in New York City, Brussels, Belgium and Washington, DC. Many years ago, he worked for the Gannett Company at its then-flagship newspaper, the Rochester (NY) Times-Union, first as a sports writer and subsequently as a police and then general assignment reporter. After the review Marsha will open the show for a lively discussion.
One of the topics that will be discussed is what a great job Joseph Gillan has done to publicize his book. He will discuss how he is able to reach so many readers with his own very special technique.
